Why You Should Disinfect
Since the arrival of the COVID – 19,  Everyone is trying different precautionary measures to ensure their safety during the COVID-19 quarantine which is really commendable.

However, there are still people who are yet to understand this virus and how it spreads. The COVID 19 is usually spread from one person to another through droplets from respiratory fluids.

While there are known symptoms of the COVID 19, there are people who are highly asymptomatic that if they didn’t tell you they have it, you would never know. So it’s important that you avoid all meaningless contact at least for now.

In this pandemic period, everyone, everything, and everywhere is a suspect. It’s important that you clean and disinfect now to avoid contracting the virus. One of the most challenging factors we are facing is how much to disinfect & when should you as a business. There really isn’t a solid answer for anyone business in particular. It really depends on your interaction with the public, employees, and anyone that enters or exits your place of business.  The one thing we can tell you for sure is that you NEED TO HAVE A PLAN IN PLACE TO DISINFECT AND PROTECT YOURSELF, CUSTOMERS & EMPLOYEES.

Why You Should Thoroughly Disinfect
Some studies have shown that the Coronavirus has a tendency of being active on some surfaces for a long period of time if not disaffected. You should do your best to ensure that your disinfecting surfaces that have a high frequency of touch. Simply meaning stuff that you touch all the time.

High Touch Surfaces Include:
Tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, sinks, etc.

Steps Cascade Complete Cleaning Inc Will Take To Clean Your Facility
Cleaning is described as the method of removing germs and making a place free from a form of dirt. Cleaning does not mean that you are relieving a place of germs but it certainly does reduce the number of germs on surfaces and reduces risks of infection too.

When we talk about disinfecting we are referring to the usage of chemicals and solutions to permanently kill bacteria and impending viruses.

Here are some of the recommended steps we will take to ensure that your Facility is clean and disinfected:
Clean all surfaces that are often touched. Surfaces like; toilet, tables, doorknobs, electronics, taps etc. Cleaning with cleaning agents that are approved through the CDC.

Cleaning & Disinfection Your Office & Business
One of the most request questions we get all the time about disinfecting a business is how often and when should it be done?

It is our recommendation that you do your best to ensure your place of business is cleaned and sanitized as much as possible. Especially if your place of business has people coming and going. Great examples of that would be Hospitals, medical clinics, manufacturing facilities, pharmacies, and other essential businesses that are open during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We Are Using A Process Called ULV Fogging To Disinfect For The Virus
The chemical that we are using is a chemical called SC-RTU-360 that is manufactured by Spectral Chemical. The EPA Reg# is 1839-220-33466 and the EPA Est# is 33466-RI-01. To learn more about the chemical, please click this link: https://www.epa.gov/pesticide-registration/list-n-disinfectants-use-against-sars-cov-2

To apply the disinfectant we used a method called ULV (Ultra-low volume) fogging. The method of application has been defined as spraying at a Volume Application Rate (VAR) of less than 5 L/ha which helps ensure proper coverage. Again, we will go over all of this with you when you call.

In conclusion, during this pandemic period, protecting yourself should be your utmost priority. Be sure that you follow the recommended guidelines set by the CDC and your local governing body.
